These Terms govern the use of Ssagenalja ("Service"), including the conditions of use, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and the user.
These Terms take effect when the user starts using the Service. The operator may revise these Terms within the scope of applicable law. Material changes will be announced in-service at least 7 days before taking effect, specifying the effective date and reason. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Ssagenalja is an information intermediary platform that collects and analyzes flight price information and provides flight-deal information to users. The operator is not a direct seller of flight tickets. Flights shown are provided by airlines and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies); the contracting parties for any booking are the user and the relevant airline/OTA. The operator receives flight price data through official affiliate programs such as Travelpayouts.
Prices shown are based on cached data rather than real-time queries and may differ from prices at the actual booking moment. The final price is determined at the airline/OTA's booking completion. The operator is not responsible for price differences caused by such fluctuations. Prices may change between the time deal information is viewed and the actual booking time, and users acknowledge this when using the Service.
The operator is not a party to any contract for booking, payment, cancellation, or refund of flight tickets, and bears no direct legal responsibility for such contracts. Booking, cancellation, and refund matters must be resolved directly with the relevant airline or OTA.

Airline and OTA links included in the Service are for informational purposes. The operator is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or operation of such sites. When users book or pay on third-party sites, those sites' terms and privacy policies apply.
The operator may modify or suspend the Service and is not liable for resulting damages. Information may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or data integration errors.

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (text, design, logo, etc.) belong to the operator. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or broadcast such content without prior written consent from the operator.
Matters regarding processing of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved by the Korean court having jurisdiction over the operator's address.
