Ssagenalja Privacy Policy

Ssagenalja ("Service") respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Policy explains how the Service handles your information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect
The Service does not require account registration or login, and does not collect or store on any server information that can identify a user. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Name, date of birth, gender
- Email, phone number (except when voluntarily provided in support inquiries)
- Physical address or location data
- Payment information
- Advertising identifiers (Google AAID, Apple IDFA)
- Push notification tokens
- Third-party analytics or behavioral tracking data
2. Information Stored On Your Device
For your convenience, the following settings are stored only on your device (browser or app local storage) and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

All such values are non-personally-identifiable settings kept solely on your device. Clearing your browser or app's stored data (cookies/local storage) removes them.
3. Purpose of Use
Because the Service collects no personal information, we do not identify or profile users. Emails you voluntarily send to support are used solely to respond to your inquiry; we do not use them for any other purpose or sell them to third parties.
4. Data Processors and International Transfers
Because the Service does not collect or store personal information, we do not entrust your personal information to third-party processors and do not transfer it outside Korea.
5. Advertising and Revenue Model
- The Service is supported by affiliate commissions earned when users book flights through linked airlines/OTAs.
- Clicking an affiliate link redirects you to an external site (airline/OTA), after which that site's privacy policy applies.
- We currently do not display advertising (such as banners) in the Service and do not collect advertising identifiers.
- We may introduce banner advertising in the future. In that case, an ad provider (e.g., Google AdMob) may collect advertising identifiers, cookies, or similar data; before any such introduction we will update this Policy and our Data Safety disclosure in advance to describe what is collected, why, and how to opt out.
6. Retention and Deletion
The Service stores no personal information on its servers. Emails you voluntarily send to support are retained for 3 years after the inquiry is resolved (Korean E-commerce Act) and then permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods.
7. User Rights
- Delete on-device settings: Clearing your browser's site data (cookies/local storage) removes all settings stored on your device.
- Access/delete inquiry data: To access or delete an email you sent to support, contact us by email; we will process the request within 7 business days.
- EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, erasure, portability, restriction, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Children Under 14
The Service is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
9. Security Measures
- All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
- Because the Service stores no personal information on its servers, the risk of a data breach is minimized at the source.
